For this poster design, I really wanted there to be some sort of grid that could be seen throughout. I really enjoy the grid aspect of my poster and think it adds interest. I also wanted to make the name of the font pop a little more so I added extra length to the T's. I believe this creates a great focal point for the name as well as something fun to look at. The font options were implemented in this way in order to make them seem important, yet not the focal point of the piece. I like that they have a diagonal feel because it gives good variety. Had they been squared off like the rest of the piece, there wouldn't be much visual interest.  I chose these colors because I love the way yellow pops and draws attention. Also, I think the green is a good neutral complement that suits the font well. I think this design represents me well and I am proud of what I came up with.
